As our guest you’ll receive complimentary full access to our on-site health club, giving you an opportunity for uninterrupted time to yourself, to take a step back, regenerate, refresh and reward yourself with some well-earned rest and relaxation.

Your access cards and spa robes will be waiting for you in your cottage; head over at your leisure and our friendly team will show you around. You don’t need to book time slots to use the facilities, and can go as many times as you’d like during your stay.

Please pre-book treatments, as it is usually fully booked. The team can let you know if there are any cancellations if requested.

You’re welcome to use the facilities for up to three hours after your 10AM check out. Please check out as normal and remove all belongings from the cottage prior. Changing rooms are available at the health club.

Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool

Step in to our Outdoor Vitality Pool, heated to 36°C, and allow the water and jacuzzi jets to ease away your worries. Regular use, through a combination of buoyancy, heat, and massage, relieves tension and stress. Buoyancy eases pressure in joints and muscles, while heat increases the blood flow to your muscles and accelerates healing.

Swimming Pool

Whether you want to thrash out some lengths or just enjoy being immersed in the water, our indoor pool, with views of the surrounding countryside, will help you switch off. A range of Zoggs swim accessories are available to purchase at our welcome desk. We also sell single use swim nappies in sizes 2-3 (3-8kg), 3-4 (7-15kg) and 5-6 (12-18kg).

The pool has three lanes (removed during family swim hours).
