Your cottage will be available for you to check in from 4pm onwards. The cottage will be unlocked, with the key left inside. Please follow the site signs to your cottage, and observe the 5 mph speed limit. Free parking is available adjacent to your cottage.

We ask that you please vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of your departure; please return your key and access cards to Reception at Energise. You are welcome to use the facilities at Energise post check out.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary use of our gym, pool and spa facilities to our guests. Please visit the Energise Pentney website to find out more and view our pool timetable.

Access cards will be waiting for you in your cottage; please use these to sign in at Reception and secure your locker; our friendly team will be able to assist you in using the facilities.

You may like to book in for some relaxation at our on-site Revive Treatment Rooms during your stay, and we’re pleased to offer a 10% discount on any treatment. You can view our treatment menu, opening hours, and book in online here.

Please contact us via email for any assistance during your stay.

Most major supermarkets, including Tesco and Ocado, deliver to Nar Valley Cottages, and you are welcome to arrange a delivery during your stay. Please ensure you are at the cottage for your delivery time slot, as we will not be able to store deliveries for you, or give the driver access to your cottage. The best address to use is:
